Why Do We Offer Two Free Visits and What Do They Include?

Its’ very simple! Dr. Fors only accepts patients that he truly feels that he can help. It will cost you nothing for Dr. Fors to determine if he can help you or not.

Our Two Free Preliminary Visits also allow you to experience our office and meet with Dr. Fors and staff without any financial risk.

Visit #1: Dr. Greg Fors will review the intake forms you download from our website, past, medical records, previous lab work, and any x-rays or imaging studies that you may have brought with you. We encourage you to bring any previous medical information with you for this visit. During this visit Dr. Greg Fors will review your case thoroughly. Your Comprehensive Biomedical Care Questionnaire must be filled out in detail for you to be seen, it is the basis of your first visit. Visit #2: Dr. Fors will let you know if he has decided to accept your case. If he can accept your care he will discuss examination, laboratory testing, treatment options and the fees for your care. Dr. Fors believes in the value of Brain Based, Metabolic Care and Functional Medicine for you and your family. Therefore, he has maintained a financing structure that allows care for all budgets with flexible payment programs. We do NOT take a cookie-cutter approach here and we do NOT accept everyone for care! You will receive a Super Bill allowing you to submit your care to your insurance. Your Health Savings accounts MAY also be used and our staff will verify and explain how this works. However, we do not let insurance companies dictate what can and cannot be done to finally provide you with the opportunity for Real Healing!

Where to Start
The first steps are as follows: 1) Paperwork (Click Here) downloaded and completed and Videos viewed and/or Articles read 2) Class attendance if possible 3) A Case Review (is actually 2 visits, plan to spend about 15-20 minutes with the doctor) 4) Report of Findings (the second portion of the Case Review) to see if your case is accepted. 5) An hour long 3rd visit for examination and to prioritize your health goals.
