Laying the Foundation For Real HealingiStock_000005989045XSmall_1.jpg

A natural biomedical approach to healing is like renovating a house – certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When renovating a house, it doesn't make sense to fix the walls before you had a repaired the foundation. Nor would you want to put on a new roof before you made the walls structurally sound. The same is true for real healing. Your body has to go through a particular plan of care in order to repair itself correctly and fully. There are three general phases of care . . .

Phase 1: Drawing Up the Blueprints

If we are to rebuild a solid home we must first do research to determine why the foundation failed, for example the soil the foundation sits in and the type of materials used to build it. If you are unwell when you come into our office, our first objective is to determine the underlying causes. Therefore, we must do an in-depth investigation in order to draw up an effective blueprint for the restoration of your health

Phase 2: Corrective/Restorative Care

Once we have established a proper blueprint we can begin to correct the underlying dysfunction of your unwellness to restore your health, whether it be chronic pain or broken brain. During the corrective care phase, tissues are provided with the opportunity to heal. We focus on a natural biomedical approach that provides for your specific metabolic needs, to let your body's natural healing intelligence repair the nervous system injury. Depending on the type of condition and the severity of your problem, your care can vary from three times a week to once a week over a 4 to 12 week period.

Phase 3: Wellness Care

Once your body has begun to heal, it is important to continue care to promote a full restoration of your health and avoid relapses. Usually, this only requires visits at a rate of 1 to 4 times per month, based on your progress and ultimate health goals.
