Begin Reversing Your Diabetes in as Little as One Week!

Reverse Diabetes

Here is the ugly truth of it. In general, the food industry is going to try to make a buck off you any way it can even if it kills you. What do I mean?

First realize that right now one in two Americans are either early diabetic or fully diabetic, that is half of our population. Type II diabetes disables you, and then it kills you. And this is completely unnecessary for type II diabetes is a disease that is primarily caused by the choice of foods you put in your mouth.

Second take a walk through your grocery store and really look at what is on the shelves. Or even look down into your shopping cart when your done shopping. Generally, what you will see are boxes and packages of various forms of sweetened, salted, carbohydrates. We are a society that is addicted to carbohydrates and sugars, and the food industry will drive its profits up by packaging it up in multiple different colored and flavored forms for you to consume - even if it kills you!

Next, realize that the conventional medicine approach is to give a nod to diet and exercise and then begin prescribing drugs to manage, not reverse, but manage this lifestyle disease we call diabetes. The pharmaceutical industry is making its buck by coming out almost every month with a new drug for type II diabetes. However, the Emperor has no clothes on! What do I mean?

The pharmaceutical industry would have you believe that controlling your blood sugar with drugs or insulin will protect you from organ and nerve damage and early death. And that type II diabetes is not reversible. Don’t you believe it! Recent research has shown that some diabetic medications and insulin can actually increase your risk of getting a heart attack or dying.

A new study published by Mayo Researchers definitively shows that physicians have been sold a false bill of goods on the benefits of diabetic drugs. These researchers found that the use of drugs to control your blood glucose levels showed no significant benefit in reducing the risk of dialysis, kidney transplant, renal death, blindness, or neuropathy.

Besides not preventing the complications of diabetes these drugs have serious side effects. Just last year the FDA announced that the new DPP-4 inhibitors drugs -- sitagliptin (Januvia), saxagliptin (Onglyza), linagliptin (Tradjenta) and alogliptin (Nesina) medications "may cause joint pain that can be severe and disabling,". This is in addition to the already reported side effects of pancreatitis, pancreatic cancer, urinary infections, thyroid cancer, gastrointestinal issues, and renal and gallbladder problems. Why are we doing this to ourselves? Is it so hard to change our diet and lifestyle that we are willing to take drugs that causes of disability and death?

So what’s my point? Yes, drugs can improve your glucose numbers, but sometimes numbers do lie. A drug approach does nothing to truly alter the progression of this disease, and shockingly it often puts people in their grave sooner than no treatment at all. There is a more rational and effective approach that that not only achieves good blood glucose control can also reverse your type II diabetes. This is a lifestyle disease that can only be reversed by changing your lifestyle, how you eat and how you live! You need to break the addictive cycle that is created with carbohydrates and sugars. You can do this! I have done it! I have done it with numerous patients.
